I am currently working as a Training Executive in one of the most reputed org( employeestrength-70000). Now planning to quit and joining a budding training institution as Manager( employee strength-07).

Please advice if it's a wise decision....

Hi all,

I am Vishwa currently working with one of the most admired employer(employee strength-70000) as Training executive.
However due to personal reasons I am looking for a change and have an offer by a budding training institution(employee strength-07) as Training manager with exciting hike.

Please suggest me if is it advisable to quit a branded org and join a budding institution....
