I have done my MBA from Xavier's Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar in 2003 with specialization in HR. Hi Srikanth,
There are not much prospect for H.R in Austrailia.. u meet the required qualification and Exp, It ususly takes 1-2 years to get visa cuz H.R jobs in Oz are only for the residents of Oz, so you need to apply for a PR Visa first....
after all the hard work if u r lucky u may get a salary minimem to 5k and max 15k.
If u get TR visa the salary will be very less..

Hi sri am venkat,just now passed of student.. I would like to know about HR field, u KNOw I like hr work& i love hr work.. C in my point of view, hr work is serviceing work.So hr person should have some spl quality. i would like to know what r the qualitys, and one more thing hr is very importent in a org.. so they should need some leadership qulaity, planing mind.. etc,, let me know the full details plz
