Hello Venkat this is Asha Gopalan from Raipur. I am associated with one of the leading integrated steel manufacturing industry since three years. What i feel is, one of the most important approach that every HR person should adopt is he/she should be a Good Listner. Who ever comes to you ,you should pay full attention to him/her . You may not have the solution for his problem but you can relax him with your politness and token of attention. Every HR professional should have positive approach and out of box thinking attitude.
