Question Voluntary Seperation Scheme

By Reasons Of Re-organization of business, the need arises for reduction of manpower or closing of a factory at one location and shifting to another location or closing the factory permanently, thereby, a company forms packages of Voluntary Separation Scheme to as a “Golden Handshake” keeping in view of the services rendered for the number of years by an employee or workmen. Voluntary Separation Scheme is recognized by the Court of Law. There are judicial pronouncements on the Voluntary Separation Scheme.
