On behalf of the group, we wish you a happy new financial year FY09-10. Let this year bring a new level of financial freedom, abundance and prosperity in your life.

For 4 April 09, Saturday, Informal CiteHR Mumbai Meet at HiLife Mall, Santacruz (W), at 6:30 PM, we are getting more encouraging responses. So far 60 people have confirmed.

Registration form:
A 1 page form is enclosed. Please fill this form and bring it to the venue on 4 April 09. It will save time that day and allow us more time to interact. We request you to give special attention and thought to the 3 questions in this form:

Human Circuits HR Meet on 14 Nov 09: Theme: Enthusiastic People, Energized Workplace
Dear All,

We are back!!!

Announcing the 4th HUMAN CIRCUITS MUMBAI-HR MEET on Saturday the 14th of November 2009.

About Human Circuits:

Human Circuits:
- A Non-Profit group created to facilitate continuous learning, sharing, growth and expression among various professionals in order to create a transformation oriented HR fraternity. It organizes HR meets regularly.
Vision:
- To have HR influence business leadership and create an ambience of growth and expression in their organizations.
Core objectives:
- Create & build enriching, mutually benefitting relationships among various members
- Have events that are 100% engaging, participative, full of life, fun & learning
- Its events would be focused on transformational HR on areas such as organization development, culture change, employee engagement etc.

Past events:
1st Event:
- 98 people met on 4th April 09 (our 1st HR Meet) and suggested various ideas on how to take Mumbai HR Meet forward. Implementation continues!
- 10 days was what it took from concept to delivery to start this initiative without any background & resources, with support & encouragement from YOU ALL.

2nd Event:
- 134 people met on 6th June 09 (2nd HR Meet) with the theme: Empowering HR
- 80 + appreciation feedbacks received from participants of 6th June 09 meet (click here to see feedbacks)
- 1 Final name of the newsletter selected : YTBN: “Why To Be Named”

3rd Event:
- 141 people met on 1st August 09 (3rd HR Meet) Theme – HR as business enabler
- This meet included 5 real life HR case-studies. These were selected from various entries submitted by members. The case studies were discussed by all participants in groups. Recommendations were presented by group leaders to the entire house.
- There was a skit presented by HR professionals from different companies on – “Life of HR in a company”
- There was also a session on creating an individual intent as a business enabler. All participants created intents & noted on a special memento.

About 14th Nov 09 Event:

Theme: Enthusiastic People, Energized Workplace
