PLEASE HELP about MBA(Industry Integrated) From Madurai Kamaraj University
Hi,
I'm Abhay.
I wants to know about the MBA(Industry Integrated) programme From Madurai Kamaraj University.
How is it?
I've two option first is above programme and other programme is PGDM which is approved by AICTE.

MBA(Industry Integrated) From Madurai Kamaraj University programme has four semesters. In Ist sem. of the programme completely based on theory. And from the 2nd semester to the 4th semester the student has to undergo On-the-job Training. The Academic component will be provided through class room learning at the University Learning Centres located in different parts of the country. At the time when the student competed the degree, he has 1+1/2 years working experience. And the other Major factor is fee of this programme is only Rs.3 lakh.

PGDM approved by AICTE is a well known programme but it very expensive in compared to the MBA programme. Fee of this programme is approximately Rs.6 Lakh.

That why i'm confused to choose the programme.
Which one is better MBA(Industry Integrated) or PGDM?
Which programme has the value for money?
Please HELP me, it's urgent.
Thanks.

Choice of MBA
Hi Vipin,

I can understand your dilemma, but be informed that probably the answer that I have for you wont be something that you would like.

Its preferable to go for the PGDBM approved by the AICTE, though the course is expensive than the industry integrated one but the value of the course is much more than the industry integrated MBA if you are doing the course from a certificate point of view, Also AICTE being approved by most of the nations in the world, it wont be a hindrance if you are planning to try your luck abroad.

Also note that the course fees of 6 lakhs is still competitive as compared to other universities or private collages.

Also you can definitely opt for a student loan to pay up the course fees.

Do keep me informed about your final choice.

Thanks & Regards,

AJ

Hi Abhay,
If you're lookin for a full time course than go for MBA n that's also from recognised university such as Simbiosis,MIT etc PGDM is also good but in comparison MBA covers all aspects.
Rest is your decision.
All the best.
