Unhappy Visa and Ban

Hi All
As still the confusion exist, I want to have more clarity on the issue.
Is it possible to have a free release if someone have completed 3 years with the present employe? Do he need to pay any money in the emigration to change over to anothe r employer? Or do we understand that once someone completes his 3 years with the present employer without the intervention/permission of the present employer, can a changeover can happen? Is it applicable to all categories like, metrics, graduates and post graduates. Would anybody pour more light on this..

Best Regards
Rajan

Default Greeting's

Dear Rajan,

There is no fee to be paid by the employee , it has to be borne by the prospective employer. The process of tranfer of visa is called Nacal Cafal. The cost of which depends on the duration which the employee has completed in the existing contract .

Default HR Opportunities

Hi Anuradha
For any fresh person in the UAE, a main issue is with the knowledge of current UAE labour law. For a generalist profile job is not a big issue. But considering the entry level profile one has to accomodate with it.
There are some consultants in India who provide placement assistance like, naukrigulf.com. The other local sites are gulftalent.com, bayt.com, expertshr.com etc.
I am attaching a version of the UAE lABOUR LAW which may help you to acquire some knowledge.

Best Rgds
Rajan
