B.Tech Fresher, interview question.....please reply - instrumentation

hello everyone!!

Iam a B.TECH fresher. My area of specialization is information technology. I have recently cleared SUN certification exam. My question is "can i demand for pay package of my choice" in interview

Hi Kapil...

Generally, the companies are having their salary levels fixed for the Freshers (ITIs, Degree, Diploma Engineers and MBAs).
Therefore, it would be better if you can get some information whether this company Sun Microsystems have their salary levels fixed or not.
If the levels are not fixed, you can and infact you should go for salary negotiations.
