Preparing Proposal
Hi Stephanie,

Here is the general format to prepare any proposal:

  • First page of any proposal should contain
    • Title
    • Company Logo
    • Prepared by – Name, Company Name, Address
    • Date of Submission
  • Next Page should always be a Table of Content as follows:
    • Statement of Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure (If Required)
    • Executive Summary
    • Identification of Need of Change in Policy
    • Proposed Policies
    • How these Leaves will affect the Operation, Production or Services etc.
    • How much cost does it increase per unit of Product or Service?
    • Plan to manage resources when these Policies are implemented
    • When These Policies are to be implemented from?
    • Conclusion
    • Annexure (If any)
Try to fit the data available with you under these heading and you will have a nice proposal ready before you.
