We have issued an offer letter to one of the prospective employees in our organization. we need to revise the terms and conditions (in terms of salary) and issue a fresh offer letter. Could anyone help with a standard format stating the same (revised letter) which mentions that the previous offer letter stands void!
Thanks and Regards,

If you have to correct it you can always give the reference of previous letter of intent for changing the terms but that should happen before joining else it is challengable in the court of law.
I shall send you the format by evening.
