Hi ALL

I WORK FOR A BPO IN CHENNAI AND EVERY QUARTER WE TAKE UP A TOPIC AND DO AWARNESS OR FUN ACTIVITIES.

THIS QUARTER ITS SELF ( EMPLOYEE MUST KNOW THE STRENGTHS WITHIN THEM)]

I HAVE PREPARED A TEST THAT WILL SPECIFY TO THE EMPLOYEE IF THERE SELF ESTEEM IS HIGH OR LOW....

THE HELP THAT I REQUIRE IS I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE IDEAS/ FUN ACTIVITIES THAT I CAN HAVE FOR EMPLOYEES IN CASE THEIR SELF ESTEEM IS LOW...

best way to bring up employee from IC or low esteem as you mentioned is to have them a pre-let meeting which comprise council. we should not loose employee who is good at thier work but slow in their process. these candidates can be brought usefully
