Hi All Employee name was wrongly submitted in PF office, So pls forward me application for correction of employee name in PF Office. Regards Sanjay IBM Chandigarh

Hi Friend,

According to me, employee name will be submitted in Form-5 along with the declartion form that you would fill it up when you join. Now its better you request your employer to submit revised Form-5 with your correct spelling. This will help you to get your problem solved.
