You have to obtain a copy of recognized recruitment agency's license & attach with your company's demand letter and authorization letter then submit to the foriegn affairs to verify & attestation. After that submit to Indian Embassy/consulate for attestation. Then you can snd these documents to ur agent to source & shortlist.
