Hi Sonjeeb,

A matrix is an arrangement of items into labeled rows and columns within a table.

Through recruitment matrix, we understand the business and the key drivers behind the horizontal requirements of the company.

Different panels possess different characteristics and capabilities depending on the job. However, one of the best ways to support the success of staff selection is to ensure that your selection panels have the right mix of skills, knowledge and capabilities for each recruitment exercise. Skilled, capable, fair and right selection panels can ensure that the most suitable and available people are selected. In this respect selection panels play an important role in meeting organizational needs and resourcing goals. Sound recruitment practices and a better understanding about the capability requirements of panels will result in better performance of selection panels.
Here are the key capabilities :
a) identify requirements and set-up skilled panels.
b) identify training and development needs for selectors.

Hope you got some idea.

Regards,

Priyanka
