Question Staff Welfare Policy

Hi !

I need a few guidelines on preparing a Staff Welfare policy. What can be included in the policy besides the normal Health & Safety, Staff Events, Professional Development programs etc. Is there anything else that I can add to the policy?

Hello

Staff Welfare may include several aspects like recreation facilities, extending medical insurance to families, staff community formation etc. It all depends on to industry, employee count and top management's philosophy.
