Please help me in finding the various ways of PF withdrawal and conditions thereon (like for purchasing land / house, renovation of house, marriage, etc.) especially in Karnataka, if PF has statewise rules.

following are the non refundable advances from PF account
financing of life insurance policy
purchase of dwelling, construction of dwelling house
repayment of loans obtained from state govt., co-op soc., municipal corporation for the
purpose of purchase construction of house flat
Factory establishment has been locked uop for more than 15 days
in case of illness, hospitalisation lasting for more than one month
Marriage, or education post matriculation.
