Hi Mamta,

It seems you are so desperate in looking for a job that you missed mentioning what have you done and in which area you are fresher. If that is in HR then please do mention your interest and strengths so that anyone who will have a look at your request will have a bit idea about you.

You can also add your contact informations so that the prospective employers can raech you. It would be quite better if you will upload your updated CV.

Have u registered to any job portals? There are many consultancies in jaipur u may contact them.

Hello everyone.
I would like to know that can a company keep original certificates as for security for a bond legally. Actually i have quitted a company and they have kept my original certificates and marksheets as for security of the bond. So i would like is this legal. Can they do that.

I would b glad if any1 could help me out with this......

aaron you are crazy you have let them keep back you originals ....you know how important are those...... go back to them and collect it from them..... there is no such rule that a company can keep back a candiadtes original wit them...its always the photo copy with attestation which is taken from the candidate.... our x- company wants to harrass you..thats y they have take your original so that you are unable to apply in any other company..so please somehow manage to get them back...........
