I first read the book, One Minute Manger, and attended a seminaar in 1988. BUt the information does not grow old and is very relevant today. I was delighted to reminded about it again on this site.
It really seems an interesting book with a lot of learnings. I ve read just few pages as of now and I felt like thanking you for posting it here. I hardly read books but this one was referred by one of the HR managers and I think I am going to learn a lot from this book.
Great post......this is perhaps one of the best books I have read....and I have read it at least three times!!
another wonderful suggested sequel is "One Manager Meets the Monkey"
