H.R Jobs are really good in Austraila.. Compared to India H.R job is most respected n renouned in Auss...The IT industries are doing good.
The only problem for H.R are its not a Sponcered work. that means no company will sponcer you for a sponcer Visa. Cuz H.R jobs are only for the citizens of Austrailia. Apart from that India is remarked as high risk country.
There are two ways. one is eazy way ie get a Student visa study n work you can work only for 8 hrs per week salary may be at most 2K$ max..
The second method is Apply for a Independent Work Visa where It take at least 2 +y to process.
You need to get assesment on all your work exp on "management Skills" exp on corperate industries.. its hard for Consultants...
must have a very strong back ground, must have worked n reported to upper layer of org highercy, 5+yrs Exp In H.R, or 3+yrs exp with Sutibal Qualification equal to Australian Education Standerds,
Must know to Read n wright Auss community language ie Hindi, Kannada,Tamil ... etc “Check in Departmental web site”
must get at least 120 points on elegilibility scale..
after all this u must know about Labur law of Aussi, have good network cuz here they belive that H.R must have very good Network.

the best thing is after you get the Visa aprovel there is no need to apply for the job; Auss gmt will help u get the best job befor u come here. for Permenent Resident there are many perks offered u will enjoy all of them like social security, medical,Job, good finencial help etc..later if intrested u can apply for citizenship after 2 yrs.
The salary for H.R Now will be min 8K$ to 25$ for a minimem exp...
Its good for the young people....
