Hi,

I think the prospects in India in HR is very good now a days when compared with Australia where I have heard racial discrimination exists & also in the current scenario of Indian economy even Australia is going to be behind us very soon. There is no point in going to Australia. Infact my sister had done her masters from there. She also shares the same experience.

Dear All,

I have heard that Australia is a really good place to work. Can you suggest me if thats the truth? Should an Indian go and work at Australia? Do we face any hardships in terms of professional and personal Life???

Thanks Regards,
