Hi All, My name is Ravindra Pareek, working as Sr. Officer ( HR ) in aditya Birla Group ( Grasim ) at Jaipur and looking IR, Legal and HR Activity of RMC Division for Rajasthan.Iam having 11 year exp. in IR, Legal and HR. Most of the tenure of my working at mumbai, Gujrat and Maharastra. Since 2006 iam at jaipur. Basically i am from jaipur so i am enjoying my job at jaipur and heading one FHRPD ( Federation of Human Resources People Developments) Jaipur Cheptor. We are having total 24 People from IT, Automobils, Textile, Cement, Hotel and Jewellary Industry. Lets join the cheptor at meet HR People every month with a Coaktail Dinner.

i hope this response of urs will keep us connected.... i believe there are many practicl aspects of HR ,which u all have aquired through ur yeas of experience, can be discussed here.....since HR is getting is more and more organised in Rajasthan, i am sure young professionals and aspirants will learn a lot !!!
