Hi everyone......Though iam not working in Rajasthan.....i would like to introduce myself to the group of Rajasthan as i belong to Rajasthan - Sojat City, i hope u all will not mind this...??My Name: Vishal Vyas, iam working as Assistant Manager - LMD team (Leadership & Management Development) - HR Dept. in a BPO firm - Firstsource Solutions - Bangalore from past 7 years.

How are you?

I am Puneet Jain, Asst. Manager Compliance & HR, in a textile company at Silvassa. My father is practising in HC Jodhpur. I have knowledge of System Implementation, i.e. ISO:9001-2000, SA:8000, WRAP, C-TPAT along with PMS based on BSC. I am having approx. 5 years exp.

Now I would like to start the discussion on HR Policies. Who ever joins now onwards, after introductioon please start about the topic "HR Policies".

I start with the main headings in HR policies, as we must get the headings first and then one by one we will discuss in detail.

1. Recruitment & selection Policy
2. Compensation Policy
3. Loan & Advance Policy
4. Training & Development Policy
5. Performance Management Policy
6. Retention Policy
7. Knowledge Management Policy
8. Promotion/ Demotion Policy
9. Exit Policy

Pms will be covered under Point No. 5, if you agree with my point of view to cover complete HR Aspects in a systemetic manner.

First get tyhe list completed than we will start one by one...
