Ours is a manufacturing unit, we are into edible oil business..
I am taking care of Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement, Performance Management System, Grievance Handeling and other Day to Day operation.
Not in Payroll, Statutory obligations or Contract Labours and similar issues. |

I am Ankur Bhati, i am an MBA student doing my MBA from University Campus,Ajmer. I`ll be finishing my MBA this june ... I believe HR is the most dynamic function of any organization... Competent HR professionals possess the vigor to shape organization`s culture......
