Training Agreement

The Company may send you for different type of trainings anytime during the tenure of your employment with the Company, for the purpose of enhancement of skills in a particular area, subject to the terms & conditions set out in the Training Agreement, which you hereby undertake to execute.

Terms & Condition:

Employee undergoing training costing more than Rs 80,000 shall sign the bond of 1 year with the organization. If the employee leaves services in breach of this agreement, the following condition shall be attracted.

That the employee pays amount of Rs 1, 00,000 only to the company as liquidated damages for premature termination of the agreement at the instance of the employees.

Employee undergoing training costing more than Rs 40,000 shall sign the bond of 6 months with the organization. If the employee leaves services in breach of this agreement, the following condition shall be attracted.

That the employee pays amount of Rs 50,000 only to the company as liquidated damages for premature termination of the agreement at the instance of the employees.

though it is a format of training agreement but it can help u in preparing a format of project agreement. Regards

thank you very much for your reply, but in my case i am not paying any amount for the trianing here what is tha matter that the candidate are from engg. college and they have to dot the project on copmany products.
where in i have to make the agreement for them and for that i need terms and condition in relation to Safety, remuneration, time, etc etc.
if you have something like this pl. send.
