I am working as a recruiter - IT Staffing / US Staffing. now i am joining as HR Head in new concern. I need to create new HR policy for this concern. They are into software project activities and corp. training. work force 100.
Can any one help to create HR policy.

You have landed a right place. you need to create a HR Policy right? for that you need to sit with the management member to discuss about live office timings, leave policies, attendance, payment, remuneration packages, appraisal etc., Even when i joined this ITES they also ask me to create a HR policies, then i seek a consultant help to implement a policy in my concern. for framing the policies citi HR & Google would help. i give you the brief out line for the manual that i have created for my company.
