Well seems ur a case of bad hires.

Like you are into recruiting and now going to join as HR Head and now need help to create a new HR Policy.

Dear Dear Dear rather than posting here first do some homework. Use the knowledge of your education and experience and create a blueprint, atleast take some efforts on your own then ask the people here to further give it finishing touch at least you lay the foundation by doing something for the HR Policy just by posting and copy pasting in your document will not be proper. How can the HR policy made for some other company work for you.

Come on dont expect spoon feeding as you are a HR Head your company needs some innovation from you and if they find out that you just copy paste things from citehr. They may prefer to open membership in this cite and put all queries.

Now those who will oppose to my this post surely surely have got no brains and equal to fools.

So think before you go against this post.
