Was looking for some suggestions on what are the initiatives that IT organizations can implement to develop their potential Leaders.

Can you suggest any best practice that you currently follow to grow these potential leaders in your organization

Was aslo looking if anyone here is aware of best practices that is usually followed with regards to the CAREER DEVELOPMENT PLANNING by the HR functions
