Hi Friends,
I am seeking the advice from my wise friends .
But before i register my quarry,let me introduce you first,
1. I am MSW from ISS,Agra and LLB professional.(Both Full time)
2. An experience of 08 + Years
3. Acting as Dy Manager in Good Auto Comapny,
Now I am seeking advice that I want to pursue PGDBM from MDI institute,Gurgaon (Part Time three years course).My point of seeking this advice is whether
1. It will add value to my future prospects ,or
2. Just do as i want somthing to do,for the shake of getting some knowledge.

Hi Ashok,
There are two ways of looking at it – there are no clearcut answers as it all depends upon you as how you want to do it.
For instance-
1. Part time course while working –
Pros-
U learn something while on the job
Supplement the same and correlate the learnings to actual workplace.
Cons
Time & dedication is must
Work pressure may dilute the learning & time required to do the assignments or you may miss the classes as well.
Job prospects – for three years you may have to work the same organization for the sake of time & place & distance.
The other approach is to do the full time course and leverage the experience with knowledge gained and get a damn good break after two years!!..
Here you have to assess yourself on terms of priorities and aspirations and take a call.
