It's an interesting idea but if we are planning to do it in a more organized manner then we certainly require some sponsors and also list of very keen participants.
I am sure initially we may face some hurdle but from next time onwards it would be a cake walk.
To make this event successful (few suggestion)
A. List of resourceful volunteers who can arrange event based on number of participants.
B. Any one from web Domain Company can make a free online registration and send invitation once the data is ready.
C. Minimum entry fees: To bear the cost of basic administration and event management.
D. Entry restricted to HR Professionals only ID cards & Visting card: to make it more special & relevant.
E. Prospective Sponsors:
a. Headhunting & consultancy firms who can get live data - active list of HR professionals in NCR.
b. Training firms – looking out for association & sell various courses to corporate.
F. Agenda: Since we are doing it for the first time therefore we can keep some open topic.
I think its not a very difficult job but certainly requires some resourceful volunteers.
I am game for this but certainly requires help !!!
