its a gr8 idea.
i think we should start with nikusingh's plan.
i also want to add somethink like:
1) we must have Predefine goups. like (we can define groups on the basis of experince, job profile, industry type etc.) so that maximum benefits can be availed by each participants.
2) Discussion topics may be open. after intro each group start discussion without any formal announcements.
3) activity plan may be like
- formal opening with welcome note.
- group division (i thing no. may be more than 100)
- opinons on recent trends of various HR activities.
- some guidelines by senior members.
- formal closing of the meet.
thats my idea.
vijay, i think if u realy want to take initiative than i think first of all we make a orgnising group of some members. make a full proof plan.
communicate to participants & execute it.
