DEAR BIPIN,

IS IT A PROJECT WORK TOPIC, U R LOOKING FOR?

U CAN APPLY HRM IN ANY OF THE IGNORED SECTORS OR LESS STUDIED SECTORS.

FOR EXAMPLE, the following topics u can try:

1. HR IN HEALTH SECTOR

2. PATIENT SATISFACTION IN HOSPITALS ON FOOD, SERVICE ETC

3. MOTIVATION OF SOCIAL WORKERS TO WORK FOR SOCIETY

4. AGONIES AND ECSTASIES OF A TRAINING PROFESSIONAL

5. JOB STRESS OF DOCTORS OR NURSES IN MENTAL HOSPITALS

THE ABOVE MAY GIVE U SOME IDEA,

REGARDS,

DR. PRAGEETHA

hi!
i suggest that u should take the topic in the area of traning and development. reason is that u can get advantage of ur work in any sector be it any industry, instition or cos. etc. as training is a universal field.
secondly training is the area lest through which productivity of any process can be enhanced in addtion to all the other HRM process / OD interventions.
for any further sharing of knowledge don't hesitate.
best wishes

Question who is the respondents ?

if I want to do research in Training and Development, do you have any idea, what research that i should do, if i want Employee to be my respondents ?

Because very hard to distribute a questionnaire to managers and HRD department at companies.

Now in my mind, if i do a research in Training and Development, i must distribute my questionnaire to them.

Thank you for your guidance

Best Regards
mels
