hello 2 al,m a new joinee to this site.m a mba student and now a days going thru my summer project.title of my project is organizational climate and attrition rate of a hospital.so in my research 2 variables are organizational climate and attrition rate.:i hv 2 show dat does d good organizational climate decreases the attrition rate in the organization?i just want 2 knw dat while preparing the questionnaire what aspects i shud keep in mind.shud my questionnaire only consist of the topics related 2 organizational climate or shud dere be sum questions on attrition also,can i hv sum sample on dis.waiting 4 ur replies.
