Aspiration Management Consulting has a Human Resource Management Consultancy which specializes in IT, ITES, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Retail, Telecom, and Manufacturing. It also has an HR Marketing Consulting which closely works with the companies for their HR marketing requirements.

We are looking forward to hire few freelance recruiters, and business development professionals.

Freelance Recruiters will be associated with the Aspiration Management Consulting as specialists and generalists' recruiters who will source candidates. We will share a part of the revenue with the freelance recruiters. The terms and condition of the freelance recruiters will be mutually agreed.

Freelance Business Development Professionals will be associated with Aspiration Management Consulting as freelance business development specialists. Business development will involve tie-ups with companies for their recruitment practices and other HR marketing requirements. We will share a part of the revenue with the freelance business development specialists. The terms and condition of the freelance BD specialists will be mutually agreed
