Not only female but males are also not satisfied in medium and small level Companies as the meaning of Hr is not clear to them ... what is Hr all about? All in the small and medium level company campare the Hr mearly to recruitment.. and Attentence... they are not involves in Policy making and Employees Issues...

Please correct me if i am wrong?

The item is introgative in nature which require which require answer only in YES or NO

There is no conceptual sequence between Item and it's variables.

HI HR Friends,

I am HR Professional having 16yrs of exp . My personal exp is being female, I had to work double hard to prove my worth as all the top bosses are male and they look down at any female who try to assert her position . Now the things are changing and many company prefer female HR professional . Once you are confident about your work it hardly matters now wether u are male or female.

Dear Friends,

According to me there are lot of other developments forecoming in our profession thereby HR Deparatment will act as a centralized decision maker or a team leader in decision making process.

We have to interfere in all departments works because - Staffing is the major function of the management and this comes in all departments so, HR is responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, personnel affairs, leave and separation process. Then this will make the scope of other managers in terms of workforce very low and empower HR.

This is just the matter of time. Still there are people didn't realize what exactly the HR is so, we have be on track until we get our chance to prove.

Thanks & Regards,
Pooja
