Post HR Generalist

Hi,

I am working as a HR Executive with one of the IT Company, Noida. I am having more than 3 yrs exp .on same domain. But I don't have any Professional degree of HR. Whenever I appear for an Interview this creates problem for me. I m pursuing M.B.A (HR) from symbiosis, Pune. I heard about HR house who provide online support and certification also for HR Generalist domain. Kindly suggest should I go for it. What do you say about GPHR(The Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification)

Waiting for your reply.

Warm Regards,

Amrita

hi ther,

If you are really facing some problems for HR-Gen profile, i would suggest you to go for an interview in an upcoming firm in your town small firm , just started there business but pl. look out for the time period of an company.
You can also opt for various certification courses avaliable in the mkt.
get the certification done, and believe in yourself one day you will def get into HR-Gen profile afterall exp. and pratical counts not theroy.
Yes you need to struggle at an HR-Executive designation for longer period dedicatedly working for atleast more 2 yrs. in an new established growing firm.
Your performance is appreciated in most of the upcoming and growing companies then into some big gaint comnpanies where they demand MBA's and all, a fact you should know ppl who are working in few giant companies there owners too are not even graduates... its the market demand.
so stay cool and just go for the interview .. one day u will be succesful.
