Hi Biswas,
As per my experience, as I am an Hr settled in Eastern Zone. From my little experience i can say that the job market for Easten Zone is good for specializations like Marketing ( only financials ,insurance and some other service sectors ) but not so good for finance and HR, Logistics , IT, Operations stream.However the average salary is still low compared to other cities.
