Hi,
All Members.

I am posting various Perspectives related to firing employees.

One point to add: All the above also need to be done in accordance with the provisions of prevailing labour laws where applicable.

hi Ajay,
Thanks a lot for providing this useful information.
Can you pls tell me one thing, is this possible that a company can fire an employee without any notice period or without issuing any warning letter??????????

Hi Archna.

In case of termination you can issue the termination letter and clear the dues, & terminate immediately.

Dear All,

It is very informative, Really it is very helpful but can you guide me on terminetion of employement in case of misconduct bcoz be have to see every legal aspect in these case.

can you guide me what is the correct procedure.
