Urgent requirement for HR Manager in Agra

Hi!
We have an urgent requirement in HR Deptt. We are a 100 cr. footwear manufacturing and export unit based at Agra. We are ISO & SA 8000 certified company with a workforce of around 1200 people.
Job Profile:
Should handle the compliance part like PF, ESI, Factories Act, Bonus,etc.
Should take initiative and make HR policies like leave etc.
Should be able to handle social audits.
Should be knowledgable about Contract Labour Act. also.

Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate. Minimum experience required is 3-4 years.
