Casual attitude - what kind of action i can take against that employee so that it will never happen again?
Please help me in handling below mentioned issue: one of our employee whenever there is any activity or celebration happen in our organisation behaves very much casual. i conducted that employees session told this is not acceptable in our organisation. that employee started behaving good after that session. but after few days again started behaving like that. what kind of action i can take against that employee so that it will never happen again.
Employee issue
Hello all i have come across a serious issue with one of my employee. she is a developer working on a very prestigious project. from past few days she is behaving in a different way n we came to know from somebody that she is looking for a new job and giving interviews n all. now today also she is absent without any information. now what should be our step in this regard. 1. should we ask her straight away n tell her to give resignation. 2. or should we wait for the her next step. 3. in case these rumors turns out to be true then is it possible to stop her experience letter as she is working from past 2.5 months only. 4. is it necessary for her to give notice period. waiting for reply. regards akshu

Lady employee facing problem
Dear seniors recently a problem raised in one of our branch. small conversation has gone between one male and female employee during conversation male employee came to beat her. she has given complaint against to the bm but there is no use. now she is facing a tough time in the branch. all male employees are behaving rudely with her and challenged her that "we will see how u work here from today onward s". now please suggest me how i have to react to this situation. note added by moderator please note that the issue has been resolved. we should read all the posts before giving our views
