Hi
I want to open IT consultancy firm in india.my goal is to recruit the manpower and send them to onsite projects in japan,china,us,uk.
I have following knowledge ?
* I am having a name of pvt ltd company with me.
* We have office in NCR Reason.
* We work on turnkey based projects.
* questions ?
* for sending some guys to diffrenct countries for that do we need any
license. ?
* How do you process the visa on company name. ?
can anyone letme no how to start a new venture .
I am core technical guy I have no idea about these stuff.
Please let anyone help me.

Hi Shobhit,
As per my knowledge, there would not be required any liecene to send employees onsite. You may need the invitation letter from the client for which the candidate is going.
We can process the L1 visa only through the comapny name for which employee should be with current comapny atleast 1 yrs. for H1 you may need all these details required for L1 visa.
For UK, you may send the candidates under HSMP visa which is for maximum 2 yrs.
For Germany and Japan candidates may be on work permit that need the invitation letter from the client.

* Do we need any license for it ? If yes wht is the proceduder for it ?
* Any sort of registration
* Documents required ?
