Currently we have a vacancy for Human Resources - Training for a Bank:
Job Description The incumbent is completely responsible for Functional Training - Wholesale business
Should understand the functional training needs of the Wholesale business
Should extensively work on new functional training modules and also execute the existing modules
Should ensure timely delivery of MIS related to training.
Required Profile The candidate should be a post graduate with 6 to 8 Yrs of experience and must have worked minimum 3yrs in bank
Should have worked in banking operation (clearing, CMS, Trade Finance etc)
Should have excellent communication skills and willing to travel extensively
should be aggressive, self initiated and should have good organising and presentation skills
