Dear Friends,
one of our employee got absconded 6 months back now we have received his PF withdrawal form where as per the company policy we will not going to entertain this.
now the question is can he go for PF withdrawal directly through PF office by submitting the documents(forms)

Hi,
The employee cannot submit the PF withdrawal form without the authorisation from the employer which means he cannot go for withdrawal/transfer without your approval(company's approval).

Hi All,
An employee can submit the PF withdrawal directly in PF office also. In that case the form will be sent to employer to authorize & provide Form 3A within stipulated time.
No employer can deny claiming PF of an employee.
