Dear all

i am pavithra and have done my MSc in psychology. i have been working as employee counsellor for various corporates and would like to do an MBA in HR. Can you plz suggest which if i should do it through distance education program or got to a evening colleage? which one would have better job prospects ? and also good Management schools in bangalore which will give me good exposure and placement oppurtunities

Hi Pavithra,

If you are looking for doing a course for information then a distance education would be fine...but if you want to get practical experience, eve or regular college would do......Distance education only gives you note books to read and write the exams.

Hi Pavitra,

If you have good knowledge in HR then you can go for distance mode. In distance mode you wont get trained in detail. If time provides you better take evening college. Even the certificate will be having much value than distance mode.
