Career guidence

Hi
I am basically a science grduate n have done my Master of labour laws & labour welfare. While working for near abt 10 mnths in the field of personnel/ HR I have done my part time diploma in HR. I am currently working in totally different field (of counsellingfor more than a year) Pls guide me as how to get in to core HR or personnel or generalist profile as the work experience is of just 10 monthsin HR/ personnel. (Really not interested to work as recruiter in consultancy) Pls guide me ASAP.
