I am an Accredited MBTI Qualified Practitioner and a DISC Certified Behavioral Analyst, which makes me a licensed practitioner for administering Psychometric Assessment Tools.

We have a team of 35 trainers, who are all professionally certified and have been delivering workshops for a number of corporates in IT / BPO / Manufacturing, retail and other industries as well. We base our sessions on experiential learning and use DISC / MBTI as a tool for ensuring effectiveness of the training and also to ensure that the contents of the workshop are properly aligned with the learning objectives.
