Hi all,
I am a fresher with 9 months of IT recruitment experience. I wanted to know whether taking up a SAP HR course at this point of time would be helpful to me... AS a normal view people in the industry say that SAP HR can be taken up with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Is it necessary that guys with only 2 yrs of Generalised HR experience has to take it up?If i take up a certification now with this experience wat wud be the scope of the certification??? HR People pls help me out...

Dear Gayathri,
Greetings for the day...
Presently globally 75,000 companies are in need of SAP professionals as freshers immediately.SAP is a very vast course, each and every topic is very important,if you do this course, you should have one full life cycle knowledge in SAP,if you don't have certification with one full cycle knowledge, you will not be consider as Certified sap professional.so while choosing the module and the institute, better think twice and choose the right one.
If you are choosing the authorized institutes like siemens,JK initial etc;the course costs like 85k to 1.5k.
If you are choosing unauthorized institutes, the course costs like 10k to 25k.
But remember,if you do this sap course in unauthorized institutes, you will not be considered as Certified SAP professional.
