Default What should be a Recruiters Strategy????????

Hi,

Here is a question to Everyone.

What would be a recruiters strategy if one has to hire in bulk for a BPO within a very short span of time wherein there are no tie-ups with Consultancies, No Access to Job Portals, Cant arrange a Walk In??????? What should one do in such a challenging situation.

Would appreciate earliest reply on same.

hello Anu,,,

Although I think there can't be such an extreme case for a BPO, still I wud like to suggest to advertise in newspapers, distribute pamphlets of your advertisement through magazines or in hostel areas, or else go for campus to get better response.
Also pasting ur adv. on public hoarding can also be done......

Hi Anu,

If you are not in a position to use any of the recruitment tools currently available then you should do campus recruitment from various schools/colleges/various educational institutions and through references, contacts and known friends.The other most 'un'ethical practice which I shoud not suggest at all is to go for poaching. That's it and if you go for the last one you have to face the consequences for that in future as well!

Shriya and kamadana have given apt measures... Just to add you can also use that gate method wherein you can post that vacancies positions so that passerby can get to knwo about it... it may seem vague but i think it really wroks.. secondly you can spread a word of mouth to the colleges and to the collegeaus, to your own friends and peer groups so that more and more pople can contact the Hr

I agree with all of u but Is it possible to call a huge number within 2days of time wherein these people should be on Board on the 3rd day.

This question has really confused me. How can be hiring of 50 people be done within a span of 2days.

It can be really confusing for all of u but it really confused me in the Interview.

Dear anu,

In such situations its always better to get alist of fresh graduates along with emailids & contact numbers from any of reputed colleges known for students with good communication skills.

You could send them a bulk mail & then SMS them in BULK on their cell phone to check their Emaild Ids through sites like way to sms.
