Salary Survey 2007-2008

Dear Sir/Madam,

Currently i am working as a HR Executive in one of the MNC concern, it's entirly taiwan based.

In our company are making a proposal of new salary matrix that will be going to release in the month of july before that they are going to have a look for some salary survey in indian market.

After making all that survey they are going to have a short meeting with all business unit heads for a clarification on that...

My chinese boss assigned on me the same job to get the details from indian market.

Can you suggest me to provide the details of the salary survey from various MNC concerns..

This will be helpful to make them to satisfy and also we prevent them for an employee who are going to leave the job.
