Dear All,
Hope you are doing good?
This is my first post on CiteHR.
I want to know what few details on Oracle HRMS.
a. What is Oracle HRMS?
b. What are its future prospects?
c. How can one acquire the knowledge in Oracle HRMS, is there any course or certification available?
d. If so, what are the pre-requisites for getting certified/trained on Oracle HRMS?
I would appreciate if someone can guide me.

Pls find attached a small write up on Oracle 11i ERP " How to choose a Career in Orcale 11i ERP" where in it help you to choose a good carrier in Oracle 11i ERP.
