This is shreyas, I have completed my MBA-HR from ICFAI National college Nasik on 1-3-2008. I am a fresher and in search of a job in HR. Looking for the same in Pune and Mumbai. , however i have 2 yrs of corporate experince but not in HR but in finance..I'm kind of worried because
i joined work to get the feel of the corporate world but my interest has always been for HR . Inspite of my efforts i have not got the break.Please advise...Thanks...:-)
